Packaging:

Our signature trademarked pillow boxes are made from recycled paper and are designed so you can easily give as a gift to your favorite Cue-T.

Returns/Exchanges:

All our items are carefully inspected before being shipped. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 15-day return or exchange policy. Instructions for return will be enclosed in your package. Simply ship back items to us and allow up to 15 days for the credit to be returned.

Delivery Time:

Most of our items are in stock and will ship on the day of your order (If the order is placed before 2:00PM Eastern Standard Time). If there is an unusual delay expected for shipping we will contact you immediately and you may cancel your order if you choose. Please note we are also bound by DHL delivery times and shipping holidays.
